Evening & Weekend Cleaning Supervisor
 

Location: Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire

 

Employer: CleanEvent Services 

Hours: 25–35 hours per week (contracted)
Shift Pattern: Evenings, weekends, and event days (unsociable hours) 

Salary: £15 p/h

 

About the Role 

CleanEvent Services are looking for a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to support evening and weekend operations at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit. 

This is a key operational role ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently delivered across the venue during peak times, including major events.

Due to the nature of the venue a driving license is essential (use of golf kart provided whilst driving around site).

 

Key Responsibilities 

*        Supervise and lead a team of cleaning operatives during evening and weekend shifts

*        Ensure all areas of the venue meet agreed cleanliness and presentation standards

*        Conduct regular audits and spot checks across internal and external areas

*        Allocate tasks and manage team performance in real time

*        Support training and development of staff to maintain high standards

*        Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used correctly and safely

*        Act as a point of contact for on-site management during your shift

*        Ensure all health & safety procedures and SOPs are followed

 

About You 

*        Previous supervisory experience within cleaning, facilities, or venue operations

*        Strong leadership and team management skills

*        Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

*        Comfortable working unsociable hours, including late evenings and weekends

*        High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent standards

*        Good communication skills and a professional approach

Additional Information 

This role requires flexibility due to the nature of the venue, with peak activity during major events such as race weekends. Shifts will primarily fall outside standard working hours.
