Job Purpose

To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the KOP Bar and associated areas at Anfield Stadium, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise toilets, including cubicles, sinks, floors, and touchpoints

• Vacuum carpets and floor areas as required

• Mop hard floors using appropriate cleaning solutions

• Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas

• Carry out dry wiping and damp wiping of surfaces, fixtures, and fittings

• Use cleaning machinery and equipment safely and correctly (e.g. vacuum cleaners, floor machines)

• Perform high-level dusting of vents, ledges, and other elevated surfaces using appropriate equipment

• Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Use cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines

• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or hazards to a supervisor

• Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules, especially during event days

Skills and Experience

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• Physically able to carry out cleaning tasks, including lifting and working at height (with equipment)

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Health & Safety

• Must follow all site-specific health and safety rules

• Must wear provided PPE when required

Working Hours

• Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday 07:00-10:00
