Cleaning Operative - Aintree
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and remove waste from designated areas
Sort and separate recyclable materials
Operate van and equipment; perform basic checks
Ensure proper waste disposal procedures
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and vehicle
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Keep accurate records and monitor waste collections
Clean and empty external bins
Operate food composting equipment
Sweep and maintain external areas

Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence (clean)
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or waste management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Communicative level of English
Willingness to work additional hours if required
Willing to undertake training as needed
